Ireland (Dublin, Dundalk)

County visited: Ireland
Please visited: Dublin and Dundalk
Dates: Mid July for 3 days.

General tips:

(1) The butter and soda bread are a must try.
(2) The river flowing through the city center of Dublin reminded a of Chicago. Chicago of course has beautiful tall building on either side of the river, Dublin on the other hand has a more humble architecture around the river.
(3) For some reason,  middle-eastern food is extremely popular here.

Ireland visa

You need to get a visa if you are travelling from .If you visit Ireland after visiting England, you dont need a separate visa.

Airport to Dundalk:

The airport terminal is surprisingly very good.
Food in terminal was great. Ate at a burger place (name?).
The bus to Dundalk is very inconvenient. The bus comes from elsewhere and is already half full and not enough seats so we had to wait for the next bus (1 hour later) and also had to draw cash as cards are not accepted.

Dundalk:

Laid back city. trivia: Middle class is high class and lots of strollers for 2-3 kids. Walk to the town center. Low tide and high tide. Grab food at the town center.

Dundalk to Dublin:

Take bus from main road.
