Iceland (Reykjavik, Vik)

Country visited: Iceland
Places visited: Reykjavik and Vik
dates: end of June to July 5th (7 days total).

General tips: 
(1) Iceland is just stunning. It really should be named Greenland.
(2) The food quality is excellent! (even at a random highway sandwich stop, you'll get excellent food).

Things to do in Reykyavik:

geysers.
Mid night sun
bath (book fast - these sell out)
iceland rye bread (Cafe Loki)
Rye bread icecream.
Aspasagus Soups.

Things to do in Vik:
Black Sand Beach.

The beach is amazing and a must see.
Vik chapel on hill. The view from here is great, I wish the chapel was actually open.

The drive to/from Vik to Reykyavik is to die for. I love it so much that we were happy when we realized we had fortten our Vwallet in our hotel in Vik and had to make a 45 minute back to Vik to get it back.
